Indian Precision Engineers is a Bengaluru-based manufacturer, exporter and wholesaler of electromagnetic and mechanical clutches, brakes, torque limiters, solenoids and electromagnets. For over four decades we have helped machine builders start, accelerate and stop their machines smoothly and safely.
Our story
Founded in 1978, Indian Precision Engineers has grown into a trusted name in industrial motion-control. We combine cutting-edge machinery with skilled craftsmanship, giving our engineering team the freedom to design, innovate and solve real machine-building problems.
Manufacturing
Production runs from our 19,200 sq ft facility in Konanakunte, Bengaluru, equipped with modern machinery and maintained to strict protocols. In-house manufacturing lets us control quality and customise every unit to customer specification.

Looking ahead: EV & space engineering
We've built a growing EV lock business — charging-connector and battery locks already in production. That same manufacturing capacity and precision, maintained in Bengaluru since 1978, position us to take on private space engineering next.
